I grew up in West Columbia and South East Texas is my home.  I have been in the home construction business for as long as I can remember.  In 2006, I took the Real Estate Inspection Certification test and passed in the top 19%.  In addition to being a member of NACHI, I a member of HAR and have access to the SUPRA program so I can access the home when necessary.



I would encourage you to join me during the inspection, to walk through the house with me and ask any questions you may have. Following the inspection, I'll provide a detailed report in PDF.  I work to keep everything simple and easy to understand, and highlight any problem areas.

What sets me apart from other home inspectors is my many years in the home building industry.

The inspection includes a detailed report for a low fee.  Our rates typically start at $200, including  pictures.

Pool inspections and WDI inspections can be added at an additional cost.  I also inspect commercial buildings such as strip malls, automotive garages, churches, multifamily condo and apartment buildings.

I currently inspect for CIS (Construction Inspection Specialists) in the Greater Houston Area.  They work with your loan company to make sure everything is on track and done properly.
